Authors will be notified whether their abstracts have been accepted within January 2008.In the case of academic papers, authors will be notified on the peer-review outcomes in April 2008.

When submitting their paper, it is assumed that authors are intending to register for, and attend, the Conference to present the paper if it is accepted (in case of multiple authors, at least one author must intend to register for, and attend, the Conference). Final acceptance of the paper is conditional upon receipt of the full paper, conference registration and payment of registration fees.

 For those who are intending to give a presentation during the Conference (but not intending to submit a full paper), final acceptance of their admittance is conditional upon receipt of the abstract of the presentation topic, conference registration and payment of registration fees.
