Important Remarks:

 

1. You should reserve your room directly with the hotel. IFSPA 2008 is NOT responsible for any hotel room reservation and/or accommodation arrangement.

 

2.  If you want to get the special rate as indicated in this webpage, you MUST use the special hotel registration form of respective hotels (all downloadable in this webpage).

 

3.  Please note that there is a deadline (different for different hotels) and you must reserve a room on or before the deadline if you want to get the indicated special rate. Also, there are specific quotas in the number of rooms available with special rates, and they will be offered on a first-come-first served basis.

 

4.  All special rates are offered ONLY TO THOSE WHO HAVE FULLY REGISTERED FOR IFSPA 2008 (WITH REGISTRATION FEES FULLY PAID). During check-in, you may need to provide evidence to prove that you have actually registered with IFSPA 2008 to hotel officials.
